Software Engineer at Beekeeper
Beekeeper is a mobile-first communication platform that reaches every shift, location, and language through real-time messaging and targeted streams. Managers keep frontline teams productive and turnover low by automating workflows, while leveraging an analytics dashboard to measure engagement. Beekeeper integrates with existing operational systems and makes them accessible in one central portal.
As a critical member in a small, versatile product team, I initially took ownership over the customer-facing administration interface and transformed it from a monolith web application into a service-oriented architecture, resulting in a speedup of individual deployments by ~70%. Besides, I modernized the front end with the adoption of a new user interface framework and built new functionality.
Later, I became the main contributor to the web user interface, used by more than 200k enterprise users. Together within a cross-functional team, I developed engaging user feature like campaign builder, surveys, folders for messages and more.
Also, I’m highly involved in the innovative process at Beekeeper, by contributing with new ideas and projects at our internal hackathons.
